DESCRIPTION:The Future Land Use (FLU) Assessment Study recommendations for the FLU Section of the Tampa Comprehensive Plan (the Plan) is complete and we need your feedback. Visit the project page to review the study. Now that the analysis and initial recommendations are complete\, we want your feedback on the recommendations prior to developing comprehensive plan changes. Register for the August public meetings below. \nThe purpose of this study is to provide an analysis of the FLU categories in the Plan\, as well as policies that provide bonuses\, incentives\, and targeted outcomes for specific FLU categories. It also provides recommendations to improve the overall organization and structure of the FLU categories.
